One of the main ILEP welcoming programs is the exhibition of posters from each countries. There are 13 countries where the ILEP fellows are selected from; Bangladesh, Brazil, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Philippines, Senegal and Uganda with 64 fellows altogether.
The posters focus on 6 main themes; classroom arrangement, student work, teacher/student daily schedule, local education issues, gender and technology.
